Apprentices bring festive joy

Creative together: We trainees brightened up the Christmas season for our colleagues.

In one of our most recent projects, we trainees organised an Advent calendar for our colleagues. We came up with something unique: The winner was determined by creative guessing questions. We presented these guessing questions in the form of self-designed pictures and videos, such as ‘How many Lego bricks are in the sets on this shelf?’ or ‘How many chocolate Santas has Father Christmas hidden in this picture?’. If two people were equally close to the correct answer, the person who submitted the answer first won.

There was a lucky winner once a week every Advent. The gifts were always themed. For example, there was a technology gift basket with Bluetooth headphones, a power bank and a universal charging cable. There were also other themed gifts such as a board game package with several board games and a culinary set with a restaurant voucher. This variety ensured that there was something suitable for everyone and that everyone looked forward to the weekly prize notifications.

Hendrik, our apprentice project manager, says: ‘I thought the collaboration and creativity of everyone involved was great. Everyone contributed their ideas and together we created something really special.’

This project has shown us how much fun it is to be creative and strengthen our team spirit. It was not only an opportunity to put our organisational skills to the test, but also a chance to get to know our colleagues better and promote team spirit.
